    November Updates. It is mid-week here at Bunker and we are cold! Luckily it will warm up this weekend. We are gearing up for the Long Island Show this weekend and getting the warehouse ready for the Holiday rush. We expect to busy next week as we head into Black Friday! I sent a small mailer out to the printer this week so we will be mailing many of you a flier before Christmas. As usual we have lots of restocks arriving this week. We have about 20 cartons of games arriving this week. I believe restocks of the new Magic set are in there along with the new Star Wars CCG. Games Workshop was restocked today. We got a new rack for our Monument paint so we had to re-do and dust the paint area yesterday. We finally got some our 3D printers going so new stuff will be up on the website soon.     November Updates. It is mid-week here and as usually the temperature in the Boston area just seems to swing by 20 degrees every other day so I can't tell what season it is! But we all know what is coming, the Christmas Season! Don't wait and get your goodies now! We have a bunch of shipments arriving this week, including a big gaming shipment coming from Northstar and one from Warlord Games. Last week we got a big restock from Victrix Ltd along with several new sets and some Games Workshop. Also arriving this week are shipments from our game and hobby distributors plus King and Country.     Early October Updates. Hey folks. It has been an up and down week here at the Bunker. We are keeping busy and trying not to pay attention to all the troubles in the world. I picked up more model kits and have been listing stuff from a large toy soldier collection. The Magic the Gathering "Dr. Who" sets have arrived and will sell out over the weekend. On the homefront my son has senoir night for his football team and my daughter is coming home from Flagler College for the weekend. Of course a little bad timing om my part with me heading off to the New Jersey Toy Soldier Show on Saturday. The show is Sunday. I have gotten a lot of calls about what is now a thing of the past...."the Hackensack show." The show was great for so many years but has not been scheduled since 2019. I will be looking into getting a new NJ show for the Fall of 2024. I am also working on a new location for the West Coaster Show. We just added more this week. Including some Conte Coll. Above is an upcoming release from W.Britains - a photo of their new US Army 40mm Bofors Anti-aircraft gun as it might have appeared during the last months of the war in Europe 1944-45. The gun comes with a 4 man crew and features a C-N-C turned aluminum barrel, with an elevating and traversing gun. The outriggers function and the wheels lift so the gun has a stable platform to fire from. This new Bofors Anti-aircraft gun should be available during the first quarter of 2024.
