These are new Romans that size wise are same as FL. They do look very good and are at a v reasonable price point. More are planned.

Is there a limit on number of photos one can upload? I have posted two and it says I have only 32.19 kb left !!!

Gazza, thank you very much for these initial photos -- highly appreciated.

Please use Photobucket to post your images -- it's a lot easier and much more practical.

Optimum image width is 1024 pixels.

Apparently the next TG Romans will be a figure kneeling with his pilum with another Roman standing behind with his shield over the top forming a shield wall to receive cavalry.... which I think would look v good

It's the fault of the board software. I frequent another site that uses the same software and unless you use a photo hosting service, it's the same issue.

but, it will be wood. I quickly over looked the FW as the polystone one they made just puts it to shame

I am hoping this means that WB will be filtering through I want to get the Schwimmwagon/s and FJ's as soon as possible and the US troops. I also want the field kitchen to go with the sets I just bought. Although I like the TG FJ's there just not in a scale I want anymore would be nice if they started to reduce figures but, its not going to happen.

I was amazed at the price of the FW so, the Bomber will be high but, they are attracting a different breed for these but, it still makes you shake your head when they had the polystone fighter thing all rapped up why they would do this wooden stuff which for me is horrible in WWII terms.

It is a shame that TGM will not do 1/30....They have done some nice poses.

 

Interesting that it was said the Romans fit with FL.

I actually like their wooden offerings but passed on the polystone planes, which just don't appeal to me. We've had that conversation before so not sure we need to get into it again. To each his own and all that.

And the polystone one was $400 less...

 

It baffles my mind how people get excited about a plane that costs 3 times as much yet is less detailed.  Just because it's made of wood?

I think there is only the MP that I am not keen on and that is just because MP figures for me are so boring the rest will be bought as they are just good well detailed and painted figures and, in these ''rare'' times scale accurately with their weapons 

 

I did not see the Scwimmwagon either in the pics of the show was it there and I just missed them??
