Priority Mail. UPS Next Day, 2-Day and 3-Day Air is available at actual cost. We charge a flat rate of $6.00 for all orders.* Most orders are sent with recycled packaging equipment to benefit the environment. Some packages require extra shipping such as Playset's and other oversized items. Extra shipping charges will apply to Playsets going to post office boxes at an additional rate of $2.00 per oversized item. We will ship to virtually any address in the world. International shipments will be shipped at cost. We are now accepting single Magazine and Book orders. They can be shipped at $2.50 per item at the 4th class rate at the Post Office with a maximum of $6.00. *Note: If you are ordering something as a gift please inform us. UPS and USPS do not guarantee on time deliveries during the Holidays Season. Please verify items are in stock. Payment Options We accept the Following: MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express, Money Orders & Checks. Personal Checks may be held for up to ten days. C.O.D. is not an option. Pricing Policy We are confident that we have the most competitive prices in the toy soldier & hobby industry. It is important to us to please our customers. For that reason, we will not be undersold. We will match any price and beat it by 2%. Prices will be matched against other legitimate businesses published prices. Proof and or documentation are needed. Returns Policy We hold the right to refuse any return that is not pre-authorized. Please Phone or mail a request and we will be happy to accommodate. Items can be returned within 30 days if still in saleable condition Back Order Any item that is not in stock is automatically back ordered. You can cancel back orders at Anytime. Back ordered or out of stock items are shipped at no additional charge. This does not include New items that are not yet available. A separate $6.00 charge will apply to items listed as not yet available. You need to consider availability of an item. Orders may be held until all items are on hand (this usually applies to items that for example are due in June but are not released until August). Please let us know if you would like us to ship as items become available. |
